MEET THE TEAM

Growing up, I was a pet lover trapped in a pet-free household. Okay, we weren’t entirely pet-free since I was allowed to have fish, hamsters and mice, BUT a dog is what I really wanted.

After moving out, I have accepted the mission of making up the lost time with the four-legged friends I never got to have. I have volunteered with different animal organizations, in different capacities and every opportunity has been rewarding in its own way.

I first learned about the Retrievers when they helped find my friend’s lost dog. I was very impressed with the work the team did and I knew that I had to find some way to volunteer with the organization. I now volunteer with a local rescue in addition to the Retrievers and live happily with my three dogs, two cats and one guinea pig.
